My sisters and I had a great experience with Optimal. They were one of the ones recommended by friends, and we liked them the best when we called. Our mom needed extra help at her care facility (one-on-one, especially at mealtimes), and we were looking for home health aides who were kind, caring, courteous, and would really look after her. They were so helpful, and were very kind to our mom. I especially liked the staff (thanks, Kiely and Autumn!) who were compassionate and helpful to me during a really difficult time. They were so on top of everything, even when I had to switch around the schedule a few times, and were always patient on the phone and in emails. Highly recommend.

Optimal Home Health has been providing 24/7 aides for a family member every day for more than 2 years. Not once in those 2 years have they missed a shift. Not one single time. Their aides are kind, professional, and go above and beyond. I must also share that the administrative staff do a fantastic job.
