I am writing this review because I wanted to take the time and give Optimal 5 stars! They took care of my grandfather, and I will never forget their kindness and compassion. The office staff were so organized, and they always made sure we never felt alone. They treated my grandfather with dignity and respect. All of the caregivers were trained so well, and if I ever had a question Optimal was there for us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are looking for an in- home care agency ..choose Optimal. They are the absolute best !
Optimal cared for a mutual client I was with and they are extremely professional, kind, caring, supportive and most importantly respectful. I would highly recommend their services for your loved ones. They are extremely trustworthy and so kind.
Optimal has been providing care for my parents for over 5 years now. My Dad began receiving care in 2019. They were always there for him and our family over the next 18 mos; they never missed a shift! The caregivers and staff, along with the hospice agency, helped our family through his home death and the dying process. Shortly thereafter, our mom became ill and required care. Optimal has been providing 24/7 care for her for about two years now. They Continue to reliably cover all scheduled shifts with consistent caregivers. The office/nursing staff is approachable and receptive, willing to work with us for last minute schedule needs/changes, and listen to feedback re: caregivers. They are Respectful of our mom’s diagnosis and the specific challenges and requests that accompany her condition. Highly recommend their home care company!
I have had a totally wonderful experience with Optimal Home Care. Their aides are skilled and super friendly caregivers. I have never had a bad experience with Optimal. They have never let me down. I have had several short notice emergencies and they have always made sure i was covered. I would recommend them very highly. I used to deal with another agency that was not as accommodating. So I recognize excellent service when i receive it. Feel confident in dealing with Optimal. You will not be disappointed !! As an 80 year old stroke victim who can no longer walk i feel perfectly safe and cared for in their hands! I find the office staff to be perfectly professional and helpful whenever i have needed contact with them.
I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the fantastic service my family received from Optimal. I had no idea how to navigate care for my family member, it was all so overwhelming. Everyone at Optimal worked together as a team to help me figure it all out. Not only did they help me with home care services, but they went above and beyond to get me additional services that were desperately needed. All the caregiver were so kind, experienced, and reliable. The office staff were very professional, and they always made me feel like I had support no matter the time. I even had an emergency in the middle of the night, and they were right there for me as always. If you are looking for care for someone I highly recommend calling them. It was such a relief to have a wonderful group of people that I could trust caring for my family member!
